7.45PM - PROCESSION & TRADITIONAL ADDRESS OF THE HAGGIS

With Scottish favourites on the menu, Pipe Major Iain Raymond on the bagpipes, and a traditional address of the Haggis, we’ve got everything you need for a proper Scottish Burns Night!

To Start

  • Cullen skink-traditional smoked haddock, potato and leek soup, served with crusty bread

  • Haggis Bon Bon's - Panko coated haggis with a whisky cream sauce

  • Scottish mussels - Smoked bacon lardons, garlic, cream and parsley sauce and crusty bread

Main Course

  • Haggis, neeps and tatties-served with a rich whisky and caramelised onion gravy (vegan haggis available)

  • Whisky glazed chicken breast wrapped in smoked bacon, black pudding crumb, mash potatoes, mustard and whisky cream sauce

  • Beef, haggis & stout pie - Slow braised beef, haggis and stout served with seasonal veg and a rich onion gravy

Desserts

  • Cranachan - Whipped cream with raspberries, honey, toasted oats and a splash of malt whisky

  • Whisky sticky toffee - warm date sponge, whisky toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream

  • Deep fried mars bar - served with your choice of ice cream
